His main work is supporting people in hardship in Tokyo. "I know the scheme exists, but I don't know what to do" — he answers that with videos and with consultations.

Why video
People in hardship are getting markedly younger, and scattering information across the web no longer reaches those who need it.
Support information only arrives if someone searches for it. But a person in hardship searches for "public assistance application" only at a very late stage.
Put it where it flows past them, before they search. That is why we chose short video.
