The first thing people in hardship tend to lose is their phone — that is, their means of communication.
Meanwhile, consultation services, public and private alike, still take the telephone as their main point of entry.
To remove that mismatch, we are piloting a voice-chat scheme that lets someone place a free call straight from a browser with one tap. It is currently with a limited number of support organizations, and we are working towards a full release.
