NHK News “Shutoken Network” covered Sekai Bivouac — the emergency accommodation support network we build together with citizens — in its 6pm hour on Wednesday, March 5.
Following the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s announcement that applications for public assistance (seikatsu hogo) had reached their highest level in twelve years, we commented on conditions on the ground.
